For industrial & heavy duty. Fits 18 wheelers and the heaviest 5th wheel RV’s. Cast aluminum collar securely held in place with a hardened steel pin. A physical as well as visible theft deterrent. Hand forged in the usa using the highest quality aircraft grade aluminum.
