VELVAC part description
Item Overview:
- Designed for use with nylon or copper air brake tubing.
- DOT compliant. Fittings meet SAE J246 requirements.
- All brass construction.
- Pipe thread sealant featured on several fitting styles. This pre-applied sealant offers several benefits:
- Provides no-leak assembly instantly. Saves application time and expense.
- Will not contaminate systems like tape shredding or liquid sealant washout.
- Can be reused up to five times.
- Provides excellent thread lubrication to prevent galling.
