- Remanufactured at our TS16949, ISO9001, and ISO14001 certified facility, where we inspect, tear down and validate, clean, reassemble, and test each part to ensure quality
- Undergoes rigorous, multi-step cleaning process before reassembly to remove all oil and debris
- Critical tolerances of components measured, visually inspected, and, if applicable, electrical tested, and either replaced or reconditioned as needed
- 100% replacement items include O-rings, springs, and nozzles
- Reassembled using precision tooling with fixturing on all stations
- Undergoes performance testing against OEM, including pop-off pressure verification
- Laser-etched part number and date code ensures accuracy and traceability
- Final package is sealed to provide protection from elements encountered during shipping and storage
- All of our diesel injectors include new o-rings, copper seals and instruction sheets to make installation easier
- Calibrated to OE specification and checked on the flow bench to validate OE fuel flow
- Our Diesel Injectors are remanufactured at our TS16949, ISO9001, and ISO14001 certified facility where we inspect, disassemble, validate, clean, and reassemble each injector
- Packed with anti corrosion fluid inside sealed VCI bags to protect the injector until installation
- Remanufactured using new, precision made core components such as O-rings, springs, nozzles, delivery valves, shims, gaskets, and solenoids to ensure proper sealing and operation
- Undergoes stringent testing and validation processes to ensure durability and a long service life
