Mack Cowl Ventilator Assembly
The Mack Cowl Ventilator Assembly directs outside air into the cab ventilation system through an opening positioned at the cowl area. As the vehicle moves, airflow enters the ventilator opening and is guided toward the interior ducting. This airflow supplements the cab’s ventilation by allowing fresh air to circulate without relying solely on powered HVAC components. The ventilator opens and closes as adjusted by the operator, controlling how much outside air is introduced. During driving, the air pressure created by vehicle motion assists with airflow movement through the opening. This process helps refresh cabin air during varying driving conditions. The Mack 25125289 provides this airflow path through the cowl-mounted ventilation opening.
