Consists of two cylindrical steel stampings welded together and two inlet ports, one reservoir port, and one purge volume port for piping convenience
With a safety valve mounted on the housing for added protection against excessive pressure build-up
Has a heater and thermostat assembly (operating range between 45°F and 85°F) that helps prevent freeze-up when used during severe winter
Offers ease of serviceability since replaceable assemblies can be serviced without the need to remove the air dryer from the vehicle
Extends the service life of the air brake components
Helps avoid costly downtime and reduce maintenance costs
