- All units are non-relubricatable. Special features of chain idler include being assembled with a rubber tire preventing undue wear on the pulley or chain.
- Contact-type rubber seals help ensure positive retention for lubricant and full protection agains dirt, dust and foreign matter.
- Idler pulley units feature a Timken single-row radial ball bearing with an inner ring extended on both sides. This provides clearance for abutting parts and greater support on the shaft.
- Units Are Non-Relubricatable. Chain Idler Is Assembled With A Rubber Tire Preventing Wear On Pulley Or Chain. Weep Holes On The Rivet Circle Allow Water Drainage When Mounted In A Horizontal Position.
