Required for businesses with employees who work in Santa Rosa, California, for more than two hours each week
The poster shows the new rates taking effect on July 1. Employers with 26 or more employees must pay a minimum wage of $15 per hour and employers with 25 or fewer employees must pay at least $14 per hour.
The rate will increase each January 1. The increase will be based on inflation.
Must be posted in a location where it can be easily read by employees
