If a business with a federal contract interviews applicants in an area where its regular labor law posters are not visible, it can use the Federal Contractor Applicant Information poster to fulfill posting requirements for applicants. It can be displayed in an interview room or another area where applicants will see it.

Under federal law, certain postings need to be visible to both applicants and employees. Federal contractors must make sure these three postings are visible to applicants:

• Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law
• "EEO is the Law" Poster Supplement
• Pay Transparency

In addition, all employers must make sure that the Employee Polygraph Protection Act poster is visible to applicants, and employers with 50 or more employees must make the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) poster visible to applicants.
