Mandatory Federal Contractor Change— As of January 1, 2017, covered federal contractors are required to display a paid sick leave notice and an updated federal contractor minimum wage posting. The updated minimum wage posting, Worker Rights Under Executive Order 13658, shows the 2017 rate of $10.20 per hour. The paid sick leave posting, Worker Rights Under Executive Order 13706, notes that covered employees are entitled to one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked.
