Vest features 3 external pockets: lower left with no flap, lower right with flap and chest with pen pocket
Contains 2 large external lower pockets (right side is flapped and left side is a patch with no flap) and 1 external chest flapped phone pocket with pen pocket. The chest pocket fits most cell phones and the lower right pocket with flap fits up to an 8" tablet.
